Setup

We set it up on your own accounts.

Every Postie runs on its buyer's own server and its own network apps, created under its own business and set up by us. Setup is part of every sale.

Why your own apps

Your pages, your tokens, your data. Under your name.

Nobody connects through a Tekhx app. Your accounts stay under your business, another business's ban or limit never touches you, you get your own rate limits, and what you post is yours alone.

What we do

  • Install Postie on your serverA server you own or rent, in your name. Your data never sits on ours.
  • Create your network appsA Meta app and a LinkedIn app under YOUR business, not ours.
  • Take them through reviewBusiness verification, App Review and the consent screen, with the pages each asks for.
  • Create your AI keysGroq and Gemini free tiers first, in your name, so the writing costs nothing to start.
  • Set up your first brandVoice per network, products, content mix and templates, with you.
  • Hand it overA Network Setup Handover sheet: each network, its status and what you own.

What you provide

  • Business papersDTI or SEC registration, for Meta's Business Verification.
  • A business email and phoneOn your own domain, not a free webmail address.
  • A domainFor Postie and for the privacy and data-deletion pages Meta asks for.
  • Admin access to your pagesYour Facebook Page, Instagram, Threads and LinkedIn, signed in once.

Four networks, on purpose: Facebook, Instagram, Threads and LinkedIn are the ones we can promise will post. YouTube, TikTok and X each add a review or a fee we cannot promise for you, so Postie does not sell them.

Network by network

How long each network takes, said plainly.

Each network reviews apps on its own clock. These are the times we plan for; we check each one against the network's current rules on the day we start.

The timeline

Working from day one, posting as each network says yes.

Nothing waits for the slowest network. You plan and write from the first day, and each network starts posting the day it is approved.

  1. Day 1Postie is live on your server

Your brand, products, voice and content mix set up. You can plan and write from today.

  2. Week 1Apps created, reviews submitted

Meta and LinkedIn apps under your business; Meta's verification and App Review requested. LinkedIn starts posting to your profile.

  3. Weeks 1 to 4Facebook, Instagram and Threads switch on

The day Meta approves, all three start posting. The setup checklist shows where each one stands.

  4. When LinkedIn says yesYour LinkedIn company Page

If LinkedIn grants Page posting, we switch it on. If it refuses, your profile keeps posting.

Ready when you are

Start the setup clock.

The sooner Meta has your business papers, the sooner you post. Tell us about your business and we send the checklist.
